No delivery

Hi fi doesn’t respond to emails doesn’t follow up either. I placed an order for ink on the 4 April. On the 12 April I sent an email to follow up on my order no response. I sent a message on Instagram they said they will get back to me they did it. I sent another email on the 15th April no response. I then asked them to cancel the order cause I needed the ink ASAP so I went and bought one. Order number *** I’m tired of this back and forth and no responses to my emails.
