No delivery

I placed an order for washing machine on the 21/04. The delivery fee is R250 which I paid guaranteed delivery within 2-6 days. Till today all I see is that the order is just placed on the tracking tool. It should have been picked up and reserved by now as the payment cleared the same day of order. What is happening to the delivery?
