No customer service from hificorp cresta

I bought 2 epson printers on the 25/11/2022 as i was paying with my bank card the electricity went off money went out of my account but hificorp refused to give me the products i was sent back in forth to the bank and back to them since friday the money cleared in their account on the 27/11/2022 i went and bought the same printers cash the 27/11/2022 because i needed the printers now i am struggling to get my refund of R4560 there is absolutley no customer service they are full of excuses i wont ever buy by them again and will not recommend anyone i am so disappointed and angry i need the money urgently no service not from the staff or managers
