no customer service

I placed an order on the 20 October 2020 and still to date I have not received it and logged a complaint on the 23rd October and still have not received my order and I was promised to get this order early this week but still nothing and no refund and called the company with no assistance and also the people dealing with my query they are no responding to my emails no calls.

all these people are on my emails but not responding , I need my order yo be delivered today and if not I need my money back and today . This is really a horrible *** service .

How hard is it to get my stuff delivered as I have already paid ????
