No Customer Care / Service

Not even 1 star. I went to Hifi Corp in The Glen Shopping Centre on the 3rd of Jan 23 and was assisted by Pearl and Saolme. I had to take in my daughters tablet for school that was a gift, cause the sim card slot is not working. Hifi Corp Secunda opened the package & switched the tablet on but did not test that is picks up network. Pearl & Salome said they were going to escalate it as their repair supplier has also open on the 3rd and is just behind them in Selby Jhb and for my daughter to have her tablet when school starts. It is the 16th and was informed that the tablet was only collected to be repaired on Thursday the 12th of Jan 23. My mother has been driving to Hifi Corp to find out about the progress cause no one gets back to us - is this because we are WHITE?? Waisting a pensioners money to drive up and down cause no one gets back to us!! Now my daughter is being deprived of her education!! And she is in a state refusing to go to school because she has to have the tablet by today! And all Hifi Corp plays and hinds behind is their 7 to 21 days as told to my mother. However I was told on the 3rd of Jan 23 7 to 14 working days!! No service what so ever!! IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE!!
