No cusomer service

I have NEVER dealt with a company that give such a bad customer service as Hi-Fi Corporation. I bought a product online from them. After a week I had to phone and log a complaint to get them to dispatch the unit and send it via courier. Another week went by and after numerous emails and phone calls, I found out that it took them 2 and a half weeks to hand the product over to the courier company for delivery. They are imcompetent and they do not have a clue what is customer service. I will never support such a company.
