No communication, no answer of calls or emails

Not only do you deliver the wrong item, then you don't answer any calls or emails. The management should all be fired. The item I bought is also an online item only. I would rather pay more and go to a company like Takealot than every support Hifi Corp or Incredible connection ever again!
