No communication

3 months back I placed an order and I have been waiting ever since without any feed back . Calling them does not work because they are always offline . Going to the store does not work either because they say their system is offline and they can not call their suppliers . When you ask the manager if there is another way to contact their suppliers the manager says they do not have their number .
