NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I phoned the call centre on Tuesday, 03 November 2020 to log a fault with my washing machine purchased last year, which is still under warranty. I was informed that they will send a technician out to have a look at the washing machine. They advised that the turnaround time is 24 hours. It is now almost a week later and I'm still waiting for the technician to come out. I have phoned & e-mailed for feedback on numerous occasions but to no avail. Baleseng, Refiloe & Sameer don't respond to my calls or emails either. The after sales service is shocking! The ticket reference is ***.
