new washing machine not working. no resolution!

My husband bought a washing machine- an LG front loader at Hi Fi Coporation on the 30 Jan 2015. When we tried to switch it on, initially it tripped the electricity in the house. Second attempt, it blew at the power button. We have gone back to the store 4 times since, yet nobody has come to even look at it, let alone take it back. We first went in and the salesman who help my husband said they would log a call for the technicians to come to our home. <br> <br> A week later, we went back to follow up - nothing. My husband got a call from the service team, checking on our purchase. We told them what happened, we were told that the branch manager should've arranged for collection. 3rd time we went, looking for the manager
