Never purchase anything from Hi Fi Corporation- No value for mobey

Nightmare, bought a washing machine on the 21 June and they promised to deliver on the 29 June. When I called and query for my delivery Nelisa told me she can’t pick it up on their system. Next day they said they delivered and I am still waiting for that delivery to date. Now they are refusing to cancel my order *** so I can purchase the washing machine from their competitors who can offer a better service.
