Never order online

I would not recommend their online service to anyone. I purchased 2 items from them online on the 2nd of June and everything went off without a hitch. A few days later i received a call to confirm delivery only to find out they had me as located in JHB despite me clearly stipulating a CPT address. A few days went by and I receive another call, this time they only had one item on the delivery and i was promised a call back, as the agent needed to investigate it. This never happened and when i called in to their customer service to query this i was met with one of the most unhelpful customer service agents ever. "I only work in the complaints department i cannot help you" was all i got from that call i was TOLD to wait because it was still in their 7 - 14 working day delivery period. Thus, i waited and received another call to confirm deliver for Saturday - 13th June. Which never happened, only for me to receive a call to schedule a delivery for Monday - no acknowledgment that it was scheduled for that same day. Monday came and went with zero contact. I waited until Thursday to finally query this with them again. To be informed that Monday the 22nd i would receive my items. Again, Monday came and went I followed up with them and apparently they never have managers around in the call centre because no one can find one. I requested a refund the same day. It's now the 24th and guess what? My refund request was not even submitted and i am again online with them for over 30 minutes waiting for a manager. Looking at all the other reviews it's clear they do not care about how they're perceived online, with ********** customer service and zero follow through on any promises. PS: despite having my order number on hand, no one even knew which courier was responsible for the delivery of my items. I honestly wish you could give them less than 1 star.
