Never ever buying from this store again,pathetic services

i ordered a bed online on the 21/11/2022,i received an sms on the 21/11/2022 saying order will be delivered on the 23/11/2022, Wednesday 23/11/2022 i received another sms stating order will be delivered 25/11/2022,up until today no bed has been delivered and no correspondence receive as to why the delivery was not done, I decided to call the customer care yesterday and a complaint was logged***) and was also informed someone will call me,Today 29/11/2022 i decided to call back as no one call or any correspondence receive and was told thaT "unfortunately they do not have stock available and he is unable to tell me by when they will received stock,when i requested a refund i was told that i had to wait 14 days which could be just before xmas,I bought this bed as my husband went for open heart surgery on the 04/11/2022 and my current bed is not in a good state and he needs to rest as much as possible,never ever ever again will i purchase or recommend hifi corp for any purchased be it online or instore as the services received is below pathetic
