Never buy online with hifi corporations

I purchased a TV online with hifi corporations on the 25th of November ,received the order on the 29nov delivered by skynet ,only to find out that the TV screen was broke was advices to take it back to my nearest hifi corp store,since on the 29Nov 2022 I still haven't received my TV or any refund hifi corporations doesn't even communicate I have to sweat every single day by making follower up its been 2weeks now I still don't have answers while I paid them cash but they cnt deliver I'm very disappointed
