Never buy from these guys

We bought a KIC fridge with water dispenser in August, about two months later the fridge stopped working. We were told that should there ever be any problems just to phone Hi-Fi Corporations and they will sort everything out. We phoned and spoke to Rufus the sales manager who in turn passed us on to Richard who works in the service department. Richard said they would send a technician and that we would have to wait 72 hours. Two weeks later and after countless phone calls we finally got a technician, he looked at the fridge and told us that it is working after about 10 mins. Two days later and the fridge is not working again, twice now we had to throw away all the food in the fridge and we have been sitting without a fridge for more than a month. We went to the store and spoke to Rufus again who in turn got Richard to phone us again with the same story wait 72 hours and we are again past the 72 hour waiting period and no word from anyone, and this after we told Rufus that we are no longer interrested in getting the fridge fixed we want a new fridge or our money back because this is never going to end by looks of things.
