Never buy a TV from hi-fi corporation

<p>My sinotec TV started giving problems so I decided to take the TV back as it was still covered under warranty. When I got to the store I was told to take the TV back home and someone will come fix the TV within 48 hours. </p> <p>Later that day someone else phones me to confirm my details and tells me they'll come collect the TV for repair in the next 21 days. </p> <p>2 days later I get a call asking again what the problem on the TV is. I was then told someone will come in the week to fix it. No one came. </p> <p>The next Monday I phoned the store to follow up. The manager says he'll give me a call back after he looks for the repair number. He doesn't phone back. When I call back he tells me he was busy with another customer and that the systems are down so he can't tell me any info on my repair status. </p> <p> </p> <p>Later that afternoon he calls and says they'll come the next day to collect the TV and to no surprise they didn't come. </p> <p> </p> <p>This store just keeps messing people around and wasting my time. </p>
