Never anyone associated with me will shop with you!!!!

For the first time trying my luck with you guys I am experiencing such a ****ty service!!!!!!! I bought a fridge last week on Thursday and I was promised that it will be delivered on the 27th of July and I cancelled all my plans hoping that the delivery will arrive but nothing not a even a call to explain and on Tuesday I received a call saying that they couldn't confirm my address. and I gave a lady my address, a lady by Tsetsekazi she called from *** and confirmed that nthey will deliver on Thursday!!!!! 1 August!!! When I call tracking my delivery I am still getting the same **** story that no my address is still not being confirmed. The ****???!!! I need my money back and I call your customer service and I speak to the lady by Dudu she has so much attitude and even raising her voice on me. I need this **** sorted before the end of today I need to see my money reflecting on my bank account!!!!
