My tv has lines

I am beyond mad with you guys. I bouggt a 43 inc tv last year in june 2020 at jabulani mall. I had purchasd a chair, table, tv stand and tv. Now my tv has lines. Really hai its not on. Can u please resolve this before i lose it.
