My ticket was closed without any feedback

I bought a Hisense glass fridge online , found a hairline crack and reported. I got a ticket *** which was closed before my issue was resolved because delivery guy says he opened the box and the fridge was fine. This is a lie because I got home to a fridge in box left in the middle of the sitting room. Luckily I took pictures of it. Worst service ever. Never again will I support such a business
