My Samsung TV was delivered shattered

My Samsung TV was delivered shattered. HI-FI Corporation is now lying to avoid a refund/replacement. The delivery man NEVER asked to open or check if the TV is in good condition he just dropped it and requested a signature. Now Hi-Fi Corporation says they can't be held liable
