My Refund Never Came!

I requested a refund 2 times already and I’m getting really irritated because I need my device for a business trip next week! Since they couldn’t give me my device, they should atleast give me refund ASAP so I can get it somewhere else. They don’t even respond to emails and they give half answers when you phone them. Disgusting.
