My ordered fridge a no show! After almost a month

I bought a fridge online and they had a delivery time of 2-5 workings days. It has been 12 WORKING days since my order placement and I have not even received a phone call about my order. I mean, this is an expensive item, you would think they would at least be courteous enough to extend a call to explain. But.. silence.. no fridge.. money out of my account.. TERRIBLE service!
