My order disappeared.

I made a purchase of R4 599.00 for a Hisense fridge this morning, the payment went through but now all of a sudden i dont have an order or tracking number.

i contacted the call center, the guy was kind however the information was rather disappointing, they couldn't locate the order either. now i have to wait and hope that i will get my money back or get charged by my bank going through a dispute process when all i wanted was a damn fridge.

my question is how does it allow me to go make a payment, enter my details (name, surname ,id number, even my damn address) and now the order suddenly disappeared.

what a way to start my day
