My loyalty for what

I am a loyal customer of hifi corporation. I love their products. Hifi is been debiting money from my account since last year till to date. I called the finance department and sent documents they needed for them to send me a text that my matter is been resolved while the debit keeps on taking place. Just last week I spoke to lady n she told me my debit is been scheduled till October. I've paid up all the money I owe n this is how hi Fi repays me for my loyalty. Since they promised to refund me the money they have been debiting but dololo instead they keep on taking. Ref no given when they said the matter is resolved #***
