Multiple missed delivery dates

I ordered online, received notification for delivery on the 26th, They then sent a message that they could not make the delivery, I received notification for delivery the next day(27th). I phoned the support desk and stated that delivery needs to be completed on the 27th as I am unavailable the next day( ***) and big surprise,, they missed that deadline too, I worked from home to receive those deliveries, and was at the premises the entirety of both days....Absolutely appalling customer service....I will never pend another cent with them
