I would like to inform of the very disgusting and rude customer service recieved from the manager and staff off the branch in N1 city cape, June 25th we ought a hoover vacuum cleaner and and paid about R1600 for it in this month we started using it because we only moved into our place that's we build, there is nothing wrong with the vacuum itself but the clip on the sides that you unclip to clean the drum, the one clip broke off while my wife was busy taking out the vacuum from the box, we phoned in a x told Veronica what happened she then said she is checking the warranty because they have a 14 day guarantee but I mean even if it plastic this clip sould not be breaking off in 2 months let alone going forward and it must also be unclipped for when u clean the drum, Veronica said on the phone from customer service we can bring it in they Wil replace it, we didn't expect a new one she said they will, yesterday I went there the sales people and the supervisor gave me a ear full before I asked to speak to the manager Danie, who in turn told me waranty won't accept that because it in negligence and my wife broke it off, I mean 2 months and 2 parts broke off, no way if need be I will be requesting legal service regarding this only because of the bad service they coulf have atleast said let's see what we can do about the clip, and the small cover on the pipe that also flipped off while suckin up from vacuming so is that also negligence when something comes off while doing what a vacuum is supposed to do, we did not say we waant a new vacuum but how can we use this one if it can't clipp close, and I mean we pay alot for stuff and then must accept such bad client service he blatantly said my wife broke the clip off I'm not leaving this there, 2 months we have it, this from the hifi Corp N1 city mall cape town
