I have a complain against hi-fi corporation mams mall

I am really not happy with the RCT Magepower inverter 1000w. I bought my inverter at hi-fi corporation mams mall in September last year hardly two to three months there inverter stop doing its work I took it in for repairs in mid December. To my surprise the Investor it's still in store and is not yet being collected for repairs I am working from home so I need to make an alternative because I'm struggling because of load shedding I'm bought the inverter to help me through the load shedding but now I can't get help from either RCT or hifi corporation....... I am now left frustrated in which I don't know where to go must I buy myself another another unit? Because this is really impacting my work......... Is this the kind of service RCT offers for their repairs on their devices?
