Most unhelpful and rude staff i have EVER met

I app**** to buy a TV on credit and had to go thought the whole clearance procedure, First time i was told that the Lady was on Lunch i should come back in 30min, so i then returned 40min Later and the Lady was still on lunch she was so kind as to print the papers so long for me to fill in whilst she finished her meal.<br> <br> 2nd time i was contacted to fill in some for form, then i had to wait again for the sales rep that helped me the first time just to find out he was out on a call. i was then helped by another sales rep but he had received the wrong quote number the i had to stand and wait around for someone to explain why i was busy waiting my time it took longer than an hour to resolve the problem but i just thought same maybe its just a busy day.<br> <br> On Tuesday(Yesterday) I received a message saying that my application has been approved so i then went to the store after work thinking that i was going to collect my tv just to be treated like a DOG by the Reception/ Cashier. They where very unhelpful and was really not interested in helping me @ all. i was just told that the Lady was off i must come back another day. I then insisted to speak to the manager but a sorry was all i got.
