Most Horrible experience ever with Hi-fi corp.

I bought a Pc builder at H-ifi Corp in October 2024 for R13 500 but it broke down in January 2025. I took it back to the store because it is within the warranty time frame. They told me they will have a look at it and they will call me after checking what's the problem,then if it's a factory fault I will choose whether I want it fixed, to get a replacement or get a refund.

However not only did they not give me an option to choose, they called me back to collect it and it was still not fixed. I took it back again and asked for a refund as it within my rights according to the CPA however they refused to do so and told me it must go back to the factory to be checked again. When they called me the second time THEY tell me that they found stone particles on my pc causing corrosion in my pc and they are voiding g my warranty.

When they took it the first time to be assessed there was no mention of any corrosion by stone particles but when I took it back again they start speaking about finding STONE PARTICLES JUST BECAUSE I SAID I WANT A REFUND.

I have even reported them to the CSGO and they refused even the recommendations made by the CSGO.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A BUSINESS.
