More than 25 days for escalation ? Pathetic service.

It’s been more than 25 days , and my fridge has not been replaced , Hifi corp sold me a defective fridge , everyday the WhatsApp chatbot says an agent will contact me ? I’m waiting 25 days , Hifi corp has terrible customer service , they are actually pathetic, I hope no one supports them in future , as they will experience the poor customer service and also buying broken or repaired appliances.
