Missing parcel and no one cares

I dont even want to give them one star. I ordered my parcel on the 24th of April. Still waiting for it. Asked customer care twice. They cant locate the parcel. It is with the courier but no tracking information. The service is horrible. All they say is I am sorry but nothing is being done. I cant change to a click and collect because the parcel was already shipped. So tell me when am I getting my parcel. Never ever usimg hifi corp again.
