Missing items in item bought

I usually wouldn't do this cause I worked in retail for quite some time and I know this isn't something that feels good when it happens but oakdene hifi corp is not a store I would ever return to youu usually i buy my entertainment equipment from them since jabulani when it was open and south gate have been helpful I don't have a problem with going as far as spending 25k in that store cause of the after service I bought a LG sound bar on Friday they explained it was on display I said I understand it can they make sure everything is there as I don't want to *** back since I have a busy schedule i than went to south gate to by a 75 inch tv the people at south gate then made me aware I didnt get fm cable optical cable I decided it call them on Saturday asking is it possible to get a optical cable and my FM cable the LG then said they will call to tell.me they agent called mzwandile he said they have and I asked ok so what about the Fm cable he said he doesnt know i asked can I give me another or tell me how much is it to replace it it than repeated he doesn't know .. I asked can u credit me so i can get it so i can get it at another store he said he doesn't know he than got irritated and asked where I stay he then started saying really u stay there and you cant buy an Fm cable I than repeated mzwandile the reason I'm.asking is cause I need to get understanding either by it if u can't replance it or understand better this is my 3rd soundbar from Hi-corp can u help me he like why don't u return it since ur not happy will sell it to another customer I said ok let me speak to my wife and ask her he rep**** yeah do that ... He hung up i call back after two minute asking for the store manager thinking I would get better help same question as the LG agent rep**** look I will have ur money ready return it i was in shock as im thinking this is simple all i need to know if can u give me an Fm cable simon or samuel the store manager was worse i was on my way to return it i felt this store doesnt want my business i mean clearly the R3000 is nothing to them this is the specific reason how share holders are loosing money and also the people helping clientttttt dont seem they need to b there i would like an fm.cable.and if one can not be given to me an exchange to get the correct cables i bought the sound bar as it has radio and not to be told im.problamtic I should listen to radio via dstv audio bouqet i would like a respone as Hi corp need a new store manger in oakdene
