Missed the biggest deal of my life

Special online on 05 April to 06 April,65inch JVC TV, I was quick on the deal and can ensure one of the first online, check my Facebook comments, I even screenshot the evidence in your comments on the post, only to find out that 2 hours after constantly trying to checkout it wouldn't let me pass step two, then the system works and then sold out,I Got NOTHING I waited for 2 hours and no body answered at customer care or offices, everybody was complaining and no response from hifi Corp in those two hours and then magically starts working, had the same issue on black Friday sale, there I lost too, please respond with why this always happens to me and I always lose out while others who just log in by luck get the deals, please make this right, I deserve that tv, birthday present to myself, even during my 2 hours empty handed ordeal, the price jumped from 8000 back to 20000 and then back too 8000, I thought it was a **** as did other people in the comments, it even registered me to apply for a TV licence yet I didn't even get to purchase the tv, hifi Corp, please make this right, how can it allow me to checkout so far, then not let me pass step 2, please respond
