Miss management of my account

After numerous complaints via phone and email about my account I can't even get hold of the manager at hi -fi corporation in Port Elizabeth to sort out my account that shows I'm in arrears for 3 months but there's a debit order on my bank account. They have the worst service and would not recommend anyone opening an account there.THANKS to their miss management in their accounts department I have a bad credit record and can't get aproved for a home loan till they fix the mess they made on my account.
