Misrepresenting of online sales!

I am very unhappy and I feel you misrepresent yourself. I've ordered a bar fridge on the 1 Des and paid via credit card. Your mails said delivery within 4-5 days. 19 days later I still haven't received my fridge. POOR!! Numerous calls, and emails and still nothing. My order number is #*** .. please reply or give me back my money.
