Misleading Clients To Gain Their Money

Bought a Hisense Plasma yesterday (26 February 2024) and unfortunately when we got home last night the screen was cracked....On the shop receipts they wrote "if upon return, the goods are not in their original condition and packaging, a handling fee of 15% of the total purchase price of the goods will be charged"....to our surprise the HIFI-Corp in Mabopane refused to change the TV, totally going against what they wrote on the till slip.
