Misleading Clients

On the 10th May I app**** for a online application for on the website https://www.hificorp.co.za. I received a email on that same day stating: Hi there Sharonne, Whoohoo! You have been approved to buy on credit for R40000. Now isn’t that the news of the day? This offer will however expire within 7 days from submitting your online application, so don’t wait too long to visit HiFi Corp HIFI CORP SOMERSET WEST, Shop 23 Somerset Value Centre Centenary Drive Somerset West Western Cape. Can you explain to me what that means? Too me that means I Qualify for R40000.00. Hours later the JDG Group call centre calls me to read a declaration of which I explained I have not yet gone to the store. she then explained to me that when I get to the branch tomorrow they will call me and read it then.

I go all the way to HIFI Corp in Mitchells plain for the Branch Manager Shameema to be so rude and arrogant with me, I was so embarrassed as she spoke so rudely and loud and all the waiting customers was looking at me. I also have extra income of which I do parties and that income alone brings in over 20 000.00 per month. she rather tells me that I must give proof? my Current bank approved me with vehicle finance of R250 000 with that extra income and they didn't ask me proof???????????

I'm not worried about the fact that I don't qualify. my concern is that you cant tell me one day I was approved and the next day I was declined!!!!

I was a proper explanation to why I was mislead.
