Misleading advertising

On Tuesday 17 May, I recieve an email from HI Fi Corp advertising various phones, I then went to a branch to find that they did not have stock. After calling four different branches I called the Client Service number and was told that they are off line they cannot assit me. I went on to call a few more branches, all out of stock. Tried the Client Service number again and spoke to Meliisa, I had to literally beg her to call me back once they were back online. To date no call. I then emailed '***', recieved a response a day later advising that they will be in touch. To date, I have not recieved any feed back. I was told that Hi Fi has a repututaion of advertising products once you get you to the store, there is no stock and you would end up buying something else.

Response I recieved from HIFI - "We are passionate about service and strive to retain and delight our Customers" - not true at all.

I would expect to get that phone at the price it was advertised for at the store closest to me, I have already spent hundreds of rands in air time and petrol.

Reviewer Update
Elvis from Hi Fi Corp SouthGate called yesterday while I was driving home after work and left a message to let me know that their branch is out of stock and requested that I call back. By the time I could call back the store was closed. I tried contacting him this morning and he was in a meeting - left a message with Maria. I have made three more attempts to contact him and there was no answer. Is this going to be resolved by advising that you do not have stock - or is it going to be resolved by having the device available to buy. I have already wasted time and money trying to get this phone. Please advise.
