Misleading advertising

Hifi corporation had an online sale, so there was a hisense refrigerator priced R0. 00. I bought, but couldn't process the payment, so I had to buy something else in order to get the payment done. The following day I received an email from sphiwe mdhluli saying that there was an erroneous pricing. I requested a refund because I bought the cell phone case as I had to, in order finalize the order. Now they are quiet and I have not received my refund. Their mistake is now costing me. It is not allowed to mislead consumers.
