Misleading

I brought a samsung washing machine(display) at hificorp which had a promo sticker for buy and get reward on it. The reason i brought thats last display was because of the reward and when i choose the machine they was a samsung consultant in the store. Now i whatsup for the reward they tell me that machine is not on reward promo.
