MiMate Kids Tablet not working

Good day <br> <br> I purchased a MiMate Kids Tablet last year August for my daughters Birthday, Tablet began giving problems in Jan this year and I took it back in February to be fixed, after waiting for more than 21 Days I received it back and it immediately gave problems again. Took it back on Saturday 29 March explaining to Customer Services that I don't want the device I WANT A REFUND, I Paid R1000 for the Tablet and my daughter hasn't even used it properly. Its so amazing that HI FI Corp has a policy that says if they cant fix it in 21 days (Warranty) my money will be refunded, I was told that they would be sending it away again this Morning, All I want is my money back I don't want the tablet.
