Millerware stick blender set, disappointed, bad quality.

On the 28th September I bought a Mellerware Stick blender set online (HifiCorp), the blender dish cracked and on the 26th Nov 2023 I took it to HifiCorp Westgate for repairs, I was told that due to negligence I was not gonna be assisted. How can a blender crack while still in use? Why does it crack? that is why it was a mark down because you knew that it's a problem.I do not want you to even attempt repairing it anymore, I want my money back.Mellerware Stick blender is an absolute waste of money.
