MI STICK FOR ANDROID TV NON FUNCTIONAL

In February 2022 I purchased the MI Stick for android TV in order to watch Netflix, YouTube etc and in 3 months down the line it stopped working. The product started freezing and was unable to connect. So I upgraded the software still was freezing I decided refresh it and deleted all the apps and restore it to factory reset. It was still not working then I decided to take it back to the shop and was told it would be taken to technicians to check it out and after a week I called the lady at customer service and she indicated that customers had alot of them returned so I need to be patient. Why is HIFI Corporation continuing to sell people this MI Stick if it's giving people problems? On the 2nd week I went to collect the stick from HI FI and I was told nothing was wrong with it was working well. Took it home to check but it was still freezing. R799,00 is not 7 cents! That's a lot of money! Can you fix the stick or give me a refund! I encourage everyone do not but MI Stick for Android TV from HIFI Corporation. I have recorded a video of what this product is doing I will show it to anyone who has interest. I just want my money back!
