Maverick mediabox nightmare

I bought a Maverick Android box last year, my Lord that was the worst mistake I made because I trusted the company for years and every appliance, gadget, and electronics my kids and my wife own are from there. All the time they take the box it comes back the same as it was, they only changed a remote once, and now today(18/06/25) for the 4th time I went back they took it again and I know the results. Old same old same, I must drive from Akasia to Mabopane that's my petrol. I'm done with Hifi corporation! They don't care about customers and they don't even bother coming back to you, maybe it's because there are more important customers than others but it is well. I just wanted a working product for my kids’ entertainment but now I just need my money back and cut ties with this company.
