Managers service appalling

I bought a radio from Hi Fi corporation end of last year and the dvd jumps over to next track before first song is finish. I took it back and they said they cant repair they will give my money back, when I bought the radio it was on promotion and now if I buy a new radio I had to pay R2000 more. I requested if a manger can contact me and assist me to swap my unit for a new one or give me a good price on any other radio. Chantel never called me back after I called them numerals times Miketshi in Repairs said Chantel said the best they can do is to give me a special price on the Pioneer radio for R3000 and there is no stock in the country of my first radio. I looked on the internet and they still advertising my original radio? and the special deal HI-Fi Corporation gives me on the Pioneer is still cheaper on normal price at DION Wired. How can a company like the size of Hifi Corparation operate like a garage sale with no stock and still advertise and say this is a price that we make no money such a good deal we doing for you. I had to go to hifi corporation 5times and every time its more than an our waiting because the repair quie is so long and I'm still without a HIFI?
