Mall of the North poor service

Your services sucks at Hi-fi Corp Mall of the North. Order some good which you haven't got in stock. You promised delivery on the 17th, but nothing happened. The incapable staff at the store find it difficult to assist in finding the order. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional service. I consider a refund if the order is not received by the 19th and buy elsewhere.
