Mall of Africa Branch's customer service is terrible. Stay away

I went to Hifi corporation at the Mall of Africa branch to buy a washer/dryer. I App**** for credit. No one got back to me on the application if it was approved or not. Eventually a few days later i called the branch and was told that the credit provider is waiting for a clear copy of my bank statement, which makes no sense as i downloaded the statement and emailed directly to the consultant handling the application at the store. No one called me to tell me this. Eventually i was approved and it's been 7 working days(excluding weekends) since the approval and still no feedback. I then went to the store and spoke to the Manager George who was not sympathetic in any way. I asked him to give me feedback on delivery from the warehouse and he did not call me back. I then called him and he said i need to wait 3 more days as the warehouse does not work on weekends. In total, that is a wait of 18 days. Bottom line is no one ever gives feedback or returns my calls. No one is pushing the warehouse unless i put pressure on the branch. This is by far one of the worst,if not the worst customer service i have ever had from a any store. I will not be buying any appliances from Hifi corporation again based on this service and i will be letting everyone know to stay away from Hifi corporation stores.
