Malfunction of washing machine

I made an online purchase of a washing machine from HI corporation on October 31st . To date I have since not been assisted. When I connected the machine I noticed that drops of water were coming out of the machine. When I started using it for the first time the next day, the machine was vibrating very bad, moving from its original position thereby attempting to pull the water pipe and electric connections. I immediately switched it off to prevent any damages that may occur as a result of such malfunctioning. Thereafter I immediately reported the problem to the head office for the machine to be replaced at once, but I have since not received any reply from the head office. Am completely buffled and frustrated by the non responsiveness of the seller despite my several attempts to report this problem. The machine is currently not in use as it's not in a stable condition to be utilized. If Hifi corporation is not in a position to replace the item, they should rather refund me so that I can take my money to the people that value my money the most. Moreover when the machine was delivered we asked why is it not covered in a proper and normal packing as it is usually the case. The responses that we got were too evasive which let us to suspect that we were given a machine that was used as a display, hence this problem.
