Low/Poor Quality Products

Hi... I'm terribly disappointed in the services and quality of Hifi Corp.. I bought a hard drive from you and within a month or just over a month the item was faulty.. I loaded very important stuff on the hard drive and I only hear after a week after I've already booked it in that you will not be able to recover/save my information, why do u sell products of low/poor quality, why didn't you informed me the day I booked in the hard drive that you won't be able to save my data loaded on the hard drive, why did you have to sent it away first,

I would advise people not to buy from Hifi Corp because of the quality of their stock, please process my refund and I'll never buy anything from Hifi Corporation ever again..
