Ordered a mist Fan on the 26th of December. After 7 days of no delivery i started to contact them consistently opening complain tickets then they sent the item on the 15th. Upon arrival I noticed that the box was written 'RETURN" which means they sold me an item they didn't have in their inventory, so they were waiting for a customer to return a product so they can deliver to me.
